I have 2 Ruckus ZoneFlex R510’s and Ruckus ICX 7150-c12p switch. I recently upgraded to AT&T 1000mbps internet but am only getting wireless speeds up to 300’s, maybe 400’s even when I am right by the AP. Any suggestions on how to improve speeds? These were installed as part of my new home with Lennar.

Hi everyone, question..I was planning to design a mix stack of Ruckus ICX 7650-48ZP and ICX 7650-48P will that be possible?And also, I am reading on datasheet about notes on ICX 7650-48P that says “ICX 7650-48Ponly supports 2x40G rear facing uplink ports”.I wanted to use ICX7650-4X10GF as my uplink and use the rear for stacking but I don’t know if the said note would make this possible.

We have an environment with 36 R510 APs spread among 12 floors with 2 ZD1200’s on the back end. We notice on a daily basis that random set of Wifi users cannot browse the internet or get disconnected in the middle of a video call even though they have full bars for Wifi. This is an issue because the building is 100% wireless. We have turned off DFS channels, and tweaked power levels accordingly to minimize overlap. It seems that only Apple users are effected. Are there any known issues with Ruckus and Apple devices?

I have all the workstations at one site unable to pull an IP address from DHCP suddenly this morning and no idea why. This is a small site running a single ICX 7150-48-POE unit with Layer-3 code for 08.0.90e.The users are only getting 169.254.x.x APIPA IPs, which is strange because all of my other 90+ sits are doing perfectly fine.We have NOT made any configuration changes.Here is the VRI:interface ve 1 port-name Default Gateway ip address 10.81.0.1 255.255.0.0 ip helper-address 1 10.1.2.3 ip helper-address 2 10.4.5.6!If I do a debug of the ip dhcp relay, this is what I get.
