I have a number of the 7150-48ZP that we just deployed. In the past (with another vendor switch) we used LRM SFP+ for connecting wiring closets. We put in the 7150’s a Ruckus LRM and we are getting a Not Supported when plugged into the SFP ports in the front. When we plug in an SR we don’t get “Not Supported” message.Are LRM optics not allowed on these switches?

There’s two R510’s on the network, connected to the C12P. Oddly they left the Spectrum router enabled and broadcasting (is this normal alongside the AP’s?). No issues with the spectrum router and wifi it provides, only on the AP’s. Also oddly, some sites will load, but some will completely fail.I’ll do my best to provide additional details!

i am implementing a NEW SZ100 with an existing network setup ,, the Core Switch is ICX7750-48XGC with 7 stacks..am new with Ruckus WLC as well as Ruckus Switches… please help me to understand its physical connectivity and Data plane communication.am Connected first 2 ports of WLC to Core Switch ,, the LAG is created at Core with 2 ports ,,,Port 5/1/47 and 48 ..these 2 ports are part of LAG-11lag blue static id 11 ports ethe 5/1/47 to 5/1/48————————————–vlan 12 name Managment by port untagged lag 11is the setup and doing is correct ??please suggest any correction if required thanks,Anvar

I purchased a Lennar home with a ICX 7150 and R510 AP. The wifi signal was broadcasting the Lennar assigned SSID and the ConfigureME-XXXX. I downloaded the android app and connected to the ConfigureME net and followed the steps. That’s where I’m stuck. I don’t see the SSID I assigned during setup. I can connect to the AP with Lennar provided password, but I don’t get an external IP. I had an old wireless router and it works, so I know the connection is good thru the modem. When I go back to the mobile app and try to access the app it says I’m not connected to the network and then takes me to the network settings. When I did the initial setup with the Unleashed APP, I picked the typical install.I’ve done router setup for other manufactures, but this has me stumped. Can someone point me to the documentation or explain how I can get this configured and maybe explain what I did in the setup with the mobile app?

Just installed some new Ruckus R750 AP. They need 802.3at for full functionality. It seems like the negotiation between they two is ending up with 802.3af. Anyone have any advice on this?

Hi WIFI Expert I have an ICX7850-48 port using it as a Core router , if we configure two private DNS server on ICX7850 using this command 7850(Config)#ip dns server-address 10.192.0.17850(Config)#ip dns server-address 10.190.0.1will the Icx treat each DNS as a separate entity or treat the second DNS as a failover DNS?the second question related to the same ICX7850 if we add two different radius server to have two different organization authenticate/access ICX7850, will ICX7850 treat each Radius configuration as separate authentication or ICX7850 treat them second radius configuration as a failover if the 1st Radius failed thanks

I have ICX7150-48ZP- switches with dual power supply , while i am connecting Cameras to ports , led is orange in color even though i am enabling inline power for ports as wells lldp globally. I am new to ruckus , please share your idea about the case

Hi, is there an option to capture packets from certain interface to local memory on ICX switches ?I can use port mirroring but only if I’m on site where that switch is. I need a solution to capture packet remotely.Any help would be appreciated.ThanksmIRO
